What kind of bug bite is this on my toddler's leg?

My neighbor has a bad hoarding problem, She also has a son that is mentally restarted, the house is past a hazard for both of them. a room full with newspaper witch can cause a fire hazard. Her son witch is 26 stays home all day while she is at work, he eats little to nothing the whole time she is gone at work. Yea sounds like you have a few problems if I read that correctly, leave the car running on a flat spot, check the dipstick for tranny fluid should be to the right of the engine bay on your specific car, make sure to pull it out wipe and dip it, has to be at the second dot, it would only be doing that if the fluid is unreasonably low, if its not low and its full of fluid, your gear are probably starting to slip, high rpms while going a decent amount of speed is a sign of tranny failing, so is revving high before it goes, usually it bangs when it kicks in, if everything is banging a lot and making the interior of the car shake obnoxiously it could be the motor mounts, before you do ANY maintenance done and waste your money, get it diagnosed by a trusted friend that knows a lot about cars, when something is wrong with a car and you tell the mechanic to just FIX IT and you say you don't know what it is or much about cars they see jackpot and rip you off, so find someone who won't charge you to diagnose the problem and give you a quote, another good tip if your using a mechanic shop to fix it, tell them you'll buy the parts and bring them in, mechanics buy the cheapest brand, lowest quality part and charge you like they bought the best one, I'm not stereotyping mechanics, because i am one lol and i know all the ripping off that goes on, and honestly if any repair cost over $1000, i'd say scrap it, you get like $400 to junkyard a car depending on how much scrap they get out of it and model/make, because spending $1000 or more on a car that is 15 years old is just a terrible investment, for example, take the $400 and the $1000 that "say" it costs to fix your car, give or take a few hundred bucks and you get a decent reliable high 90s early 2000's 4 cylinder car, just trying to help people out who don't know much about cars, cause everyone gets ripped off these days it sucks, they should make automotive a mandatory class in middle/highschool cause everyone needs to drive and everyones car is gunna break some day, instead of them getting ripped off they'll have knowledge of what wrong atleast, ok i'm done preaching, good luck!

How to resolve a business dispute?

Civil Partnership in Ireland?

Hi, my partner is born as a female but has changed his gender on his passport to male. However, in his birth cert, it is shown as 'female'. We fully understand that under the Irish Law, we cannot apply for a 'marriage' and therefore we went to apply for Civil Partnership. Unfortunately, we got a call from the registrar and she told us our application cannot be proceed and that is because my partner's gender is not the same in his birth cert (female) and passport (male). She rejected our application even though it is a civil partnership we were applying for. I need some serious legal advice on this issue. Is there any legislation stating that we are not allowed to be registered if the gender on the passport and birth cert is not the same? What to do about a sex offender/crazy man when they say he is to incompetent to be registered ?

I somewhat feel like you're telling rather than showing. You came straight out and said that he's half-demon. You don't necessarily have the clarify the race or sub-race of the narrator within the first couple of paragraphs. It could be more realistic for the matter to come up in a conversation or for another character to mention it. Just my opinion, really. I see nothing wrong regarding the the setting establishment, I'm assuming you'll offer a description on the inside or back cover of the novel if you plan to get it published. Overall, well done. My boss isn't paying me on time...?

Is a bearded dragon a good pet for me?

I am 17, and I want to get a reptile. The problem is, that I do not want one that requires the tank to be filled with water (i want to handle him all the time). I was thinking about a chameleon, but they are very habitual, and lazy in comparison to the bearded dragons. I have a summer home in the kawarthas, and I can bring him up, but he will have a seperate terrarium for up there, and back here. I have time for him, and from what I have read, they like to be handles, so I will be good with time and activities. I want to know, should I get a bearded dragon, and 2 terrariums, or what else is there that is interactive, not too lazy, and not a snake. I am getting a big terrarium, with all lights, inserts, and decorations for 200.00, the beardie from my buddy breader for 30.00, and another tank will be in the books by this summer. Am I wrong for wanting to move out?

I'm 21 and I've been with my boyfriend, who's 23, for a year now. We live about an hour away from each other and gas and eating out are sucking us dry. So we decided we're ready to move in together (or as ready as a 21 and 23 year old can be). I've done the math a thousand times, and on paper we would be fine every month. I realize that things do happen and we could be broke, but that's just a risk I would take. I'm still living at home right now, but my house isn't exactly comfortable or relaxing. I've got a two year old niece and a two year old nephew who are always there and constantly get into my stuff. In the past month they've torn pages out of a book in my room, smeared poop on my bed, left dripping bottles on my bed and on the floor, smeared hand sanitizer everywhere, and a whole list of other things. I do close my door any time I leave my room, but they know how to open it and I don't have a way to unlock it from the outside. Anyways, my main reason is I just want to be with my boyfriend. So I let my mom know I want to move, and she hasn't been speaking to me since then. My older sisters moved with no problem, and I had a lot of time to mature last year because my mom went to jail for most of the year for her habitual pill addiction and theft, and I played the mom role while she was gone (cooking for and shopping for and cleaning up after my dad and brother). I also spent the past four years managing my family's finances. I haven't told my dad yet because I'm terrified of what he'll say. I asked my mom this morning if she was mad at me, and she said she was upset at what I want to do and she'll hate my boyfriend until he dies, and I don't need to go shack up with him because I'm better than that. I guess my question is am I justified for wanting to move out? My family also doesn't like my boyfriend very much because they think he has an annoying personality. Sorry for the really long explanation...

Okay so, I've been sort of "dating" I don't really think I can call it that, well had this thing with this guy for about 8 months. Passing a drug test in two weeks?

I'm taking a drug test in exactly two weeks from when i smoked (for anybody that thinks for some reason i'm talking about tobacco, i'm not...) It's going to be lab tested. The stuff i smoked was pretty potent. I'm not fat, but i definitely have a bit of body fat on me. 6'1'', 185 lbs. It's a urine test so no need to tell me that i'm screwed for a hair test because i already know it's not a hair test. About bottle fed cats?

i have a bottle-fed spayed female cat who is about 4� years old. she eats EVO dry food from the health food store, which has no grain in it. a month or so ago she started fur mowing, which is a form of self mutilation where they systematically chew their fur off down to the skin. i had not heard of this condition until my cat developed it, and i've not been able to find definitive answers to this problem. even the vet took a wait-and-see approach because i don't think he really could pinpoint the cause. we had a very cold winter this past year, which forced me to spend a lot of time in the house. as spring approached, i began to spend quite a bit of time outdoors, working in my yard. this was about the time she started the fur mowing. i've wondered as of late if this could be caused by separation anxiety as this cat truly considers me to be her mother and she sticks to me like glue when i'm in the house. (she is strictly an indoor cat). other than that, allergies could be the cause but i can't think of anything that's changed in her environment. at this point, it also may have become habitual and i'm considering getting her shaved, or a lion cut, to break the cycle of overgrooming. any information would be greatly appreciated as she otherwise has the most beautiful, shiny coat. i am truly perplexed!!

She was potty trained at 11 - 12 months. She started really talking when she was 1 year 6 months. Not just small speech like "a big dog". She's talking like "the big dog outside is brown and big and he looks hungry." Also she remembers thing even if they only happen once. For example when we took her to a restaurant once. she she was around 18 months she still remembers where it is and what we ate. She paints circle, happy faces, witches, flowers all sorts of stuff. I'm just curious as if this places her on a higher level than other kids. she'll be three next month. She plays music on her own and really listens, she loves to dance.( we're going to place her in ballet classes). She mastered the Ipod touch when she was about 1year 6months old also. She was dressing her self when she was 2. I'm not exaggerating these behaviors. So my real question is, how can I advance her even further. When can I start showing her math and algebra and history and science? oh and she also knows english and spanish. But I want to get her into at least one more language.

I would suggest buying a lock for your bedroom, as that should get you a sort of sanctuary when you need to get away from your mother, but can't get out of the house. If I was in your situation though, I would try boarding school or something similar. Although, I doubt your mother would pay, you could try to get your father to pay for it. It might give your mother some time to figure things out and if you didn't like the school you could always go back home. Still, if the situation is persistent, then tell your father, he should be able to help.

I have a 16 year old daughter who has a lot of issues the main one is she loves being the center of attention be it good or bad. She has been seeing therapists since age 9 for habitual lying, cutting for attention, each time she went to therapy the therapists all said the same thing that unless she was willing to admit she had a problem, they couldn't do a whole lot for her and that if the behavior continued into her teens, then I'd have a serious problem, well the behavior has continued into her teens, even with firm boundaries, set rules, consequences etc. Well, one month ago she stole Xanax and one of her friends alerted me to it. I had found out she had been taking then for at least three weeks. After a long wait in the ER, the doctors admitted her to the adolescent psych ward.She was there for 11 days, we welcomed her home but were very strict and did constant room checks. The psyche ward recommended her to a partial behaviorial problem where she could do regular schooling and have "intensive therapy". All she did was gossip about the other kids and whined about how "boring" it was and when could she return to regular school. She was out for all of eight days and even after keeping an eye on her, she stole about $150 worth of makeup from Rite Aid and CVS. She was not caught by the stores, but on room checks, I discovered the makeup. To try and deflect her responsbility she claimed she wanted to cut herself so she called the crisis hotline, we took her to the hospital and she thought she would go back to the original place, well since she was in the behavorial partial program, they admitted her to inpatient to the other facility. She has been there for two weeks, she hasn't faced her problems, won't own up to her responsibilities, continues to blames others and still gossips about the other patients. I demanded another evaluation, since they had diagnosed her with Bipolar II which is total bull, in my opinion, she shows no symptoms. They are going to release her Thursday, frankly I have had it with her behavior, I have an 8 month old and a 12 year old and she gets more attention than the two of them combined. It is not fair to the rest of the family so I feel my only option left is to send her to her biological father who will allow her to be as much of a mess as she wants to be, he thinks shoplifting and doing drugs is "normal teenage behavior", I've done my best to try and raise her right but I honestly believe that the first five years she was with him created the monumental brat that she is today, other than finding another treatment facility (I think these places are a joke) the only option is to send her to her dad, let him have some of the "Fun" and stress I've been dealingi with for the past 7 years. Opinions? Advice? Anything??

My sons father is taking me to court for SOLE CUSTODY!!?

I am 22 years old (full time mother) to a 2 and half year old beautiful boy. I am on welfare and have a nice apartment (not housing) and I also get support from my mother she has been buying me groceries for 2 and half years since my sons father refuses to pay child support. My sons father is 23 years old and has A lot of money, he has a lawyer and I don't and HE FILED COURT ON ME! We both have shared custody since we are both on the birth certificate. I am a stay at home mom, I have been taking care of my child and so has he but he started paying me $198 a month for about 5 months because my social worker demanded it. in October my sons father put my son in daycare Without My Consent!!! and stopped paying me child support all of a sudden!! I went to my social worker and they gave me a paper to show me how much he owes me in child support including the times hes missed and including INTEREST! Now I don't smoke addictingly, more habitually, and when I do I can feel it, which to me is a good thing becuase it has a physcologically effect that I should stop, but I keep coming back. I can do without them, but sometimes I have these cravings, and I think it's the oral fixation and actual smoking itself that's become addicting, not the tobacco. I've tried switching to non-additive natural tobacco such as Nat Sherman, but they dont' run cheap and it wouldn't fully solve the problem. I've had an electric cigarrette before but it didn't really give off the amount of smoke (vapor) that I would've liked, but it tided me over till I ran out of cartidges (a friend had let me try a free one). lately iv'e been a stress smoker and marlboro smooth and nat sherman have certainly helped, but I know it could only get worse. Husband and I Separating, Military?

He told me JAG told him they were going to cut off his BAH because he was living in the barracks. Does anyone know if this is true?
