Was asked to be a youtube partner what to do?

I got an automatic notice from youtube to be a partner because one of my videos is getting a lot of hits. Its for this video specifically that they want me to join. Its a screen cap of me playing google guitar. I have to own all of the rights to the video for it to be approved. Which I'm pretty sure I don't have because I didn't design the google guitar logo. Will my video be rejected for partnership and if so what will happen? Or should I just ignore the request for partnership?
