Has anyone ever had their sentence reduced for habitual offender? (for driving under suspension)?

Just curious. My friend has three driving under suspensions. How he got them is kind of ridiculous so please no judgment. I was just curious if anyone has had experience with getting a 5 year license suspension reduced to a 2 year?
