If humans lived on another planet similar to earth with a slightly alien atmosphere would they look different ?

I always wondered since humans born in different parts of earth look different in skin colors from one another what would humans look like if they lived on another planet with a slightly different atmosphere like mars. Would humans living on another planet somewhat like earth that has some unchangeable but habitual atmosphere cause humans on that planet to say have green skin and any other odd non earthly colors?
