I have married in 2006 my wife belongs to punjab she has habit of raising false allegation what should i do?

she has also summon me and my whole family in women cell unofficially but there we have compromise and again she come back with me. after that i and my wife lives rented hose separate from my parents but she again raise allegation on me.after 3-4 months i and my wife comes back to my parents house with her consent. but after 1 yr on 8/6/11 she wents to her parents house and next day she send message that she will not come back we have 1 kid son he is with me and she is saying that send my son to her parental house. she is habitual of doing this practice from the last 4 yrs. now i want legal advice. i want to know how much maintenance she could get from my income & does my son can claim our property after 18 yrs. how should i pursue this case.
