Notice of assignment of engagement?

I have been in a claim for damages for my head wound from a peace of concrete hitting me which fell from rented house.I have waited over 3 years and have been given a settlement quote which has been accepted by my solicitors Hilary M :I asked my solicitor when payment was due and was told on the phone it would be a week.:I now have received a paper which they want me to sign :The paper is TITLE Notice of Assignment of Engagement.It tells me as from july 1st 2011 the Partnership will become a LTD company which will have all the rights title and interest and benefit in the contract i had in the beginning:Please can some one tell me if i risk losing my settlement moneys with this form signing.
