Are haitian men raised to be promiscuous?

Every haitian men i know are habitual cheaters to their wives and have babies out of. Their marriage and have a bunch of side women. They are very charming guys. True or not. Please explain bcuz im starting to dialike them. They dont seemed to be raised to respect women
