Can you go to juvie for skipping class?

Im 15 and I go to school, but not class. So my assistant principal wants to take me to court for, truancy, and being a habitual offender. Im in the office almost everyday, some times 2, 3 times a day. I also am in trouble because i never do as im told by teachers. say if i get sent to the office i dont go, etc. etc. so anyone have any ideas, cause i don't plan on stopping.
