Will Gamestop give me information about a potential thief's trade ins?

I'm in the middle of a falling out with a now former friend of ten years. I trusted the guy completely, but have recently learned he is a habitual liar and possibly a thief. I've been missing some of my 360 games, and now I'm wondering if he traded them in to my local Gamestop. I don't need them to give me records on all of his trade ins, but if I give them his name, phone number, and a list of games that I suspect he may have stolen (these are games I know for a fact he never owned himself) would Gamestop tell me if he traded any of them in or not? If not, how would I be able to get them to give me that information? Through the police? I tried going to my local store to ask them about this but they are already closed and I'm a little anxious.
