What shots to give my horse?

Hey! It's time for shots. Okay okay, I'll be honest, I'm not very habitual when it comes to giving shots. He probably had his last shot.. mmmmm, let's just say forever ago. Well I'm going to college and the horse is coming along, so what shots should I give him? I'm thinking West Nile and 4way. What are your recommendations?
