Would this person be considered a pathological liar, habitual liar or someone with a personality disorder?

If you have someone in your life you caught lying over and over again and they always blame you for why they lied. Everything is always your fault never theirs from day 1. Always looking for drama in a bad way, very very driven, possessed kind of driven. Should I stay or should I leave this person?
