I'm dating a habitual liar. Help?

Truthfully, you should not be with him. You may love him, but liars do not change. Getting engaged would only cause more pain for you. This is not a good relationship to be in. Stop giving him any more chances and find someone who will treat you good. You are certainly worth it.
