Good Lord, honey, its only a date. Go out, have some fun, and don't be so serious. Love will come, but it usually takes time to develop. Don't expect it to leap out of every boy you have a crush on! Sounds like this guy is shy, but likes you too. Enjoy the experience! Just have fun and there is nothing wrong with going out with someone just because you think they are attractive, charming, etc. That's what it is all about! You may find much more solid ground to build a relationship on once you get to know each other, but physical attraction is a great opening.
