After a breakup/dissolution of a domestic partnership in California, how long are the public records kept?

If necessary, lets say the partnership lasted two weeks, was between two young adult males, was largely considered meaningless by both parties, and was dissolved several years ago.

I've known this girl for a long time and she works with me and is on my bus and she just broke up with her boyfriend recently. She always laughs at my jokes and stuff and she always puts her hand up like every ten seconds gives me a high five or a weird hand motions ha ha, and when we talk she always look right into my eyes. And lately she keeps getting in my space (witch i don't mind). And also i asked her if she wanted to hang out two days ago and she said alright and we still never hung out yet. So i was wondering if she likes me?

What kind of bug bite is this on my toddler's leg?

my 2 1/2 year old had what started out like a mosquitoe bite i guess. couple nights ago she woke up middle of the night whinning about her "booboo". but she was scratching it so i figured it was just a mosquito bite because she was outside the night before and, it felt like one. so i just rubbed the bump a little she went back to sleep. later that morning she said it was still itching so i put some witch hazel on it. that was the first time i had ever used witch hazel on her. couple hours later when she was playing i notice that it had turned into a blister. she said it hurt when it touched it. and i was wondering if maybe it was some other bug that bit her and was not a mosquito bite or maybe it was the witch hazel i put on it. when i checked it out again later that day it had popped. so i applyed some antibiotic ointment and a bandaid. so i have some pictures of what it looked like before and after the bilster popped. i have picture with the flash on and off. and i didnt crop so i hope they're clear enough to see. has anyone seen anything like this before and know what it might be? here is the link to the album http://s746.photobucket.com/albums/xx104/NicoleKi78/Nivie%20blister%20bite%20on%20leg/

I always wondered since humans born in different parts of earth look different in skin colors from one another what would humans look like if they lived on another planet with a slightly different atmosphere like mars. Would humans living on another planet somewhat like earth that has some unchangeable but habitual atmosphere cause humans on that planet to say have green skin and any other odd non earthly colors?

I have been living with my boyfriend for the past 3 years. We have been debating between getting married or entering into a domestic partnership.I know if we get married there is the option that child support will take part of my paycheck for his obligation, even though I have 2 kids by him too.
